Use Web client sessions in the Administration > Usage block to view a list of user connections to the Web platform. The connections created are specific to the Web platform application.
Click the Actions icon on a row in the grid and select Detail to view the session details.
Click the Actions icon on a row in the grid and select Disconnect to disconnect a session.

- For the Session ID, if two windows using the same browser on a workstation are open, there is a unique session ID assigned for each instance.
- If the Web Syracuse server is started directly, the server name reflects the host name and port number. For example if the host name is “localhost” and the TCP port number is “8124” it would show as “localhost:8124”.
- If the load balancer is used and the session is executed on the server, the host name is displayed along with the internal process number (:N) in place of the TCP port number. For example, the first process on the localhost would show as “localhost:N0”, the second process would show as “localhost:N1”, etc.
- The Client ID identifies the client browser. This is used when the license allows several sessions on the same browser just as if it were a single session.
Viewing session details
Click the Actions icon on a row in the grid and select Detail to view the session details.
Disconnecting sessions
Click the Actions icon on a row in the grid and select Disconnect to disconnect a session.
